Q1I did not receive the invoice post my purchase. What can be done?

When your order is delivered, a printed invoice is sent along with it. We can also email the invoice to your ID. All you need to do is, kindly revert to your order confirmation email. Or, you can also request the invoice by emailing us at [email protected] by mentioning your order number.

Q2Can I get a GST invoice for my online purchase with Unique Krafts?

  • Please notice that the GST invoice can be provided to the customers before the 10th date of the succeeding month in which the purchase was made. Kindly request the GST invoice within this period.
  • If you are a customer living in Haryana the GST number must begin with “06”. Else, the customer will not be able to credit it despite us issuing the invoice. This is as per the “Place of Supply” terms under GST rules set by the government.
